Cell phone charger forms span far and wide, giving you many ways to recharge your battery. Here are five different forms to consider for your needs.

You’ve probably never really given it some thought, but there are a lot of ways that you can charge up a cell phone.  Whether you’re looking for mobile power in the form of a battery, the sun, or even your car, you’ll find that there are a plethora of chargers out there that can get your cell phone running again more conveniently than ever before.  With the right type of charger, you’re going to be amazed at all you can do, and choosing the perfect ones actually isn’t that hard.  But you do want to know what types of cell phone charger models are out there, so that you can be sure you’ve found one for your lifestyle.

However, before you go looking for the right type of cell phone power source, you first want to be sure that you know the exact model of your phone, as well a voltage requirement. This is really important, so that you can always double check as to whether or not a charger will work for you.  Whether you’re trying to charge up the latest Motorola Android phone, an iPhone or even just your standard Razr flip phone, you have to be sure you’re using the right voltage or you can fry your circuitry.

After you have that down, you can look to these different types of cell phone charger systems, to get your phone powered in a way that’s that much more convenient for you:

1) Wall outlet charger.

This is the most basic and standard type of cell phone charger, and this is what actually comes with your phone in most cases.  Typically it is made to just plug into the wall, so that your phone can draw power from your home’s electricity outlets.  What’s more, most actually come with USB converters so that you can also get power from a computer if you don’t have access to a wall outlet as well, so they are doubly useful for all of your charging needs.

2) Car charger.

These are specially made so that you can keep your phone powered when you’re in the car.  Almost like great emergency cell phone chargers, these will be able to draw power using a special type of vehicle plug, so that your phone will power up while you drive.  This way, if you didn’t quite have time to fully charge at home, or if you forgot, you can charge your phone as much as possible before you get to the place in which you’re driving.

3) Airplane charger.

Working much in the same way that you would expect from the car charger, only specially made for planes.  This way, you can literally charge your phone, or keep it as such, the entire time that you’re on a plane.  That means you can be sure that your phone is not going to die throughout your travels, so that you can make calls when it’s allowed, or even surf the web if you have a smart phone.  Plus it’s going to keep you playing all sorts of fun games throughout the trip, without the worry of them totally draining your phone.

4) Emergency battery cell phone charger.

If you need power in a bind and you don’t have access to another source, this is the type of charger that you want to utilize.  Powered by a special type of powerful battery, this can provide a full charge over time, or can just ensure that you’re able to get an extra couple of hours out of your phone as you have the need.  Plus they are fairly small and compact, and can be easy for you to carry with you just about anywhere, no matter where you’re going to be traveling.

5) Solar cell phone chargers.

Whether you’re going to be camping, or are just looking for a way to be as green as you can be, this is really the way to go when it comes to powering your cell phone.  With these types of chargers, what you’re going to find is that you’re able to actually harness the power of the sun with a few small solar panels.  They then convert the energy into a usable form by your phone, which in turn will fully charge your battery, no electrical outlets needed.
