Featuring a system of on screen objects that you have to tap, including intuitive touch screen controls, you get to play the game on  the phone while your favorite music plays.  Plus there are updates coming out all the time, so that you can find all sorts of great song updates, so that you can ensure that you’re always going to be playing something new.

5) Angry Birds

And of course, no list of the best touch screen games would be complete without the undisputed champion, Angry Birds.  A simple premise of birds versus green pigs is the foundation for this game.  As the birds, your job is to demolish the stage and take out the pigs.  Utilizing an on screen slingshot you’re able to catapult the birds throughout the screen, using a great unique physics engine that guarantees plenty of fun.  In fact, there’s also a sequel called Angry Birds Rio that’s just come out, so even if you’ve finished the hundreds of stages contained in the first game, you’ve got a whole new experience to play.
